Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For security purposes, all payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store any credit card information on this site. You do not need a PayPal account. Sorry, no personal checks.
Shipping Time. All of our items are made to order. Usually, our signs will ship in 3-9 business days from when you submit your order. This production time may be slightly longer around holidays and for complete custom pieces.
Shipping Policies. The signs ship via UPS and generally take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for delivery. Shipping rates on each of our items vary due to the size and nature of the product. We charge actual published UPS rates. Charges will depend on how much the shipment weighs and where it’s being shipped to. Please contact us if you prefer a different form of shipment.. Upgrading shipping will only shorten the ship time, not the production time. If UPS returns a customer package to us for any reason that is not our fault, ie, bad address, cannot contact customer, customer moved, we will contact you for re-shipment instructions. When we re-ship the package, there will be a $ 17.00 Re-ship fee as well as actual freight.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If a carton is missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Return Policy. All signs come with a 14 day money back guarantee. Customer pays the return shipping unless the mistake was ours. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are not our fault cannot be returned. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are our fault will be replaced at not charge. Customer must report damaged or defective merchandise with 30 days.
Do not return any merchandise without contacting us for instructions. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise returned without and RAN, will not be accepted.
